O:live Boutique Hotel is an adults-only property crafted for romantic and serene escapes. For families or guests traveling with children, we recommend our sister property, Aire de O:live, which welcomes guests of all ages.
The rooftop restaurant is open to outside guests and welcomes both locals and visitors for dining and drinks. However, pool access is exclusively reserved for registered hotel guests to ensure a private and serene experience.
The rooftop features an indoor plunge pool with views of the Condado lagoon. It’s perfect for a refreshing dip and relaxing ambiance, paired with food and beverage service from our rooftop restaurant.
Our rooftop space includes comfortable seating. For sunbathing our guests also enjoy access to the Nube Solarium at our sister property O:LV 55, located just steps away, for additional sunbathing space and amenities.
We offer rates that include breakfast, or you may also enjoy our à la carte options on the rooftop.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability. If your arrival is before 4:00 PM and the room is not ready, we can hold your bags and you are welcome to start enjoying the facilities.
A credit card hold is required upon check-in to cover incidentals. The hold is $150 for a one-night stay and $250 for two or more nights. Please contact us for any additional information.
We are approximately 10 minutes (about 3 miles) from the San Juan cruise terminal, depending on traffic. We can also arrange transportation to and from the cruise ship for your convenience.
Conveniently located in Condado, San Juan, we are about a 15-minute drive from the airport. We can arrange private luxury transportation upon request. Call us directly to book your transfer.
El Yunque Rainforest is approximately one hour away. Public transportation is limited, but we’re happy to help you arrange private transportation or a guided tour. Just give us a call and we’ll coordinate everything for you.
We offer 24-hour valet parking for our guests at a nightly rate of $22 with unlimited in and out privileges.
To preserve the peaceful atmosphere of our property, we only allow service animals as defined by ADA law. If you are planning to visit with a service animal, please contact us in advance so we can assist with your arrival experience.
